1. About the service
VideoLeve (videoleve.com.br) is a free online platform of video tools (compression, AI transcription, conversion, trimming, and more). By using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Permitted use
You may use VideoLeve to compress videos to which you hold legal rights — videos you created, or that you have permission to process. You are solely responsible for the content you upload.
3. Prohibited content
It is strictly prohibited to upload to VideoLeve any video that contains:
- Child sexual abuse or exploitation material (CSAM), or any content that sexualizes minors — in any form or under any pretext;
- Pornography, sexually explicit content, or adult material;
- Content that infringes the copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property of third parties without authorization;
- Graphic violence, torture, cruelty, or content that incites hatred, terrorism, or discrimination;
- Content that violates Brazilian or international laws;
- Material that invades the privacy of third parties or contains unauthorized recordings;
- Viruses, malware, or any malicious code.
Uploading child abuse material is a crime and may be reported to the competent authorities.
4. User responsibility
You represent that you are the rights holder of the uploaded content or that you have authorization to process it. VideoLeve does not review, monitor, or take responsibility for the content of the files uploaded by users. All legal responsibility rests with the user who uploaded the file.
5. Operation and availability
The service is provided "as is", without warranties of uninterrupted availability, freedom from errors, or any specific compression result. We may limit, suspend, or modify the service at any time.
6. Limitation of liability
VideoLeve is not liable for loss of files or for direct or indirect damages arising from use of the service. Always keep an original copy of your video.
7. Advertising and analytics
The service is free and supported through advertising (Google Ads). By using VideoLeve, you acknowledge the display of third-party ads. We also use Google Analytics to measure site usage in aggregate and improve the tool. Learn more in our Privacy Policy.
8. Changes
These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
