VideoLeve (videoleve.com.br) is the controller responsible for processing the data described in this Policy, in accordance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD — Law No. 13.709/2018).
2. What data we process
- Video and audio files: the files you upload are processed on our server exclusively to carry out the operation you requested (compression, transcription, conversion, etc.).
- Technical data: we may collect browsing data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, for the operation and security of the service.
- Usage data: we use Google Analytics to understand, in an aggregated and anonymous way, how the site is used and to improve the experience.
- Cookies: we use cookies for the operation of the site, traffic analysis, and the display of ads (see the Cookies section).
3. How we handle your videos
- Your videos are sent to the server only to be compressed.
- We do not watch, share, or use your videos for any other purpose.
- Files (both originals and results) are automatically deleted from the server after a short period, within 30 minutes of processing.
- We do not create any permanent backup of your videos.
4. Purpose and legal basis
We process your data to: deliver the compression service (performance of a contract), ensure security and fraud prevention (legitimate interest), and display advertising (consent, where applicable). We do not use your data for purposes other than those described here.
5. Sharing with third parties
We do not sell your data. We may share technical data with:
- Google Analytics, for aggregated site usage statistics.

- Infrastructure providers that host the service.
